Paige Merwin

Pharm.D

Paige is a native of West Tennessee who attended The University of Memphis to complete her pre-pharmacy studies. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000 and she completed a Community Pharmacy Residency with Holston Medical Group in Kingsport, Tennessee in 2001. Paige has been part of the clinical pharmacy staff at Wilson Pharmacy and Healthspan Health Services in Kingsport, where she has served as residency preceptor and coordinator. Paige and her family reside in Murfreesboro, and she brings a strong clinical background to Marcrom's with special credentials in Asthma Patient Care, Diabetes Patient Care, and Immunization Delivery.
