Add onions, carrots and garlic to pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add water, broth, tomato paste, cabbage, green beans, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing dry mix, salt & pepper (if desired).
Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
Add zucchini and simmer for another 5 or 10 minutes (Note: simmer longer if zucchini or cabbage isn't to your desired tenderness)
This is my spin on an old Weight Watchers recipe that I've been making for years. The recipe has been changed several time by Weight Watchers throughout the years, and you can add or subtract any vegetable you wish (just make sure to adjust the nutritional values).
*NOTE: Sodium amount can be reduced by omitting vegetable broth, added salt or Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix and adding other spices such as basil and ground oregano to taste
