  1. Mix well the dry cake mix and the remaining ingredients. Spoon out into prepped muffin pan for 12 muffins. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. You can add raisins or walnuts for texture. Protein powder may work to beef up the recipe but I have never tried it. Each muffin is 148 calories.
