Place tilapia in baking pan. Mix spices and sprinkle over fish. Broil 3-4 inches from heat source for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
While fish is cooking, prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer rice to microwave safe bowl. Stir in rest of ingredients. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring once, until heated through.
