- 1/4 Cup Silken tofu
- 1/2 Cup Berries or peaches Frozen
- 3/4 Cup orange juice
- To taste To taste Honey or sugar

- Combine orange juice, berries (or peaches), tofu and sugar (or honey) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
