Ingredients
- 1 can black eyed peas
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can tomatoes with green chillies
- 1/2 medium red onion diced
- 1 medium red or green pepper diced
- 16 ounces light Italian dressing
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

- 1. Drain beans. Place in large mixing bowl. Drain corn and add to beans. Add tomato, purple onion, pepper, garlic powder, and light Italian dressing. Mix well. 2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours for flavors to mingle. 3. Skip the chips and eat it with a spoon. It makes a great meal.
