First, add thawed turkey to large mixing bowl. Next, lightly toast bread. Then, pulse the bread in a food processor with the spices above. After bread crumbs are created, add them to turkey. Next, add eggs and garlic. Mix well.
Before forming balls, pour pasta sauce in large pot. Get sauce boiling or close to boiling before adding meatballs.
Now, roll meat mixture into 31 medium-sized meatballs. After forming meatballs, add them to hot pasta sauce. Cover and reduce heat for 13 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
1 meatball = approx. 60 cal
1/2 cup of sauce= 70 calories
