Just add pasta sauce to pita bread then your favorite veggies and lots of them, spread sour cream on top and season. Toast in oven about bake at 350 for 7-10min!!!

Pita bread is 150 cals (toufayan at Walmart)
Sauce 20 cals
Lite sour cream 10 cals
Add you veggie cals
