  1. Combine Broccoli, garlic, oil in a bowl. Mix well. Lay Broccoli out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, Carole seasoning to taste. Bake on 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan, place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
