1-1/2 tsp onion salt3 garlic cloves (I used 2 tbl minced)1 tsp Italian seasoning2 tsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add browned ground chicken or turkey. Alternative: place all ingredients in insta pot. Set to soup/sauce for 15 min. Add browned ground d chicken or turkey.
Serve with Healthy Harvest Wheat Speghetti pasta.
