1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Boil chicken breasts until cooked through. 3. Use your mixer to shred the chicken (or use 2 forks if you prefer). 4. Use your mixer and blend cream cheese with the buffalo sauce until smooth. 5. Fold chicken into sauce mixture and keep stirring until all chicken is covered. 6. Place in casserole dish. 7. Sprinkle cheese on top 8. Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve with chips or on rolls as sliders (not included in calorie count!). Calories are estimated for 10 people.
