Marcrom’s Refill App

We are excited you have decided to download our app!!

Here are the instructions:

1. Download the app in the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) by searching RX LOCAL (this is the company we are using to host our app). Once you download it the steps are fairly intuitive so you may not need the rest of this guide — and here is the GREAT news — it is an instant registration process. You don’t have to wait on us to approve it! (However, your OLD username and password will NOT work.)
2. Open the App you just downloaded (it will be called RX Local).
3. Select “Register for an Account Now”. Your old username and password will NOT work.
4. Select Tennessee and Manchester (even if you don’t live in Manchester — this is the pharmacy’s location).
5. Select “Marcrom’s Pharmacy”.
6. Accept the terms and conditions (if you wish).
7. Input Last Name, Rx Number, and Date of Birth (All three of these fields need to match our database; if not please contact us)
8. Input a NEW username and password.
9. Set PIN number (to be used when you log in for the future).
10. Some recommendations:
    • Allow access to photos, etc. You will be able to use your camera to send us information like insurance cards, etc!
    • Allow notifications! We can send you notifications if we need to communicate with you. You can also send us a message!
    • Allow biometrics (finger print, facial recognition). This will make it easier for you to log in on your device if your device has the capability.
    • Allow bluetooth. In the future we will be able to tell when you are here so we can serve you better!
