Mix cream cheese, coconut flour & mozzarella in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1 min, stir. Microwave in additional 30 sec increments until melted. Add egg & garlic. You can add rosemary and whatever other seasonings you like. Stir. Roll dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper in to desired pizza shape.
